Police followed a nude swimmer home in Catalonia over a ban that doesn’t exist

A Catalan woman is challenging police after officers confronted her for swimming nude at Cap de Bol and later followed her home to demand identification. The municipality points to a separate beach designated for naturism, but its published rules do not appear to prohibit nudity where the incident occurred. The dispute now turns on a basic question: if nudity is supposedly banned there, where is the law that says so?
