Keep the team together

<p>I see the need to help you defend against all kinds of hijackers. Today&#39;s episode we will walk through how to keep the hijackers away from your team because hey, we need a stable agile team and we are doing just fine without you coming in and splitting us up. In fact, we don&#39;t even want your help adding new people unless we ask you to do it!
