Reclaiming a clear, accurate sense of self is prerequisite spiritual work, not something to transcend.</p><p>● Six specific patterns where spiritual ego uses spiritual language to control: prescriptive protocols (21-day cleanses, “raise your vibration” diets), protection culture (the myth that you&#39;re fragile and everyone&#39;s energy is attacking you), gatekeeping through attunements (positioning the teacher as the only one who can grant you access), the “toxic” label (absolving yourself of relational responsibility), the love-and-light bypass (confusing spiritual &quot;softness&quot; with maturity), and the money story (refusing to charge appropriately under the guise of spirituality).</p><p>● Why protection techniques can&#39;t solve structural energetic issues: when you&#39;re absorbing your client&#39;s energy chronically, no amount of white light, cord-cutting, or shielding will fix what is fundamentally a structural energetic architecture problem.</p><p>● The system is the issue, not you. These patterns persist because teachers inherited them, didn&#39;t question them, or knew no other way, or knew another way and turned the other way.
