<p>Here is today’s sermon, August 23, 2026, Proper 16, Year A. It is based on Matthew 16:13-20, “WHO do you say that I AM?” In it I observe the divisions and brokenness of our society. We as a congregation can heal and reconcile a lot of these wounds by attending to our common practices and shared habits. </p>
