<p>Revd Laura challenges us to compare the plight of the Israelites in Egypt in the time of Moses with the situation facing refugees in this country now. The israelites were forced to make bricks. Today refugees are often forced to work for low pay, in poor conditions. We may even encounter such people washing our car or painting our nails. How should our society behave towards refugees?</p>
