When Eric Carter-Landin was a child, his 9-month-old brother, Jacob, was murdered — and decades later, the case remains unsolved. But the tragedy didn't end with Jacob's death. Eric and his mother became targets of stalking, harassment, and intimidation that followed their family for years.
