What's the Steak Cookoff Association?

The BBQ Show fires it up this weekend with Brett Gallaway from the Steak Cookoff Association!  SCA-sanctioned cook-offs welcome all backyard skills, competing for cash, trophies, and prizes at a one-day event. Definitely growing in popularity, Jake is practically already signed up. We'll learn how it started and where it's going as Brett joins us from Fort Worth, TX.  We'll also add in Pork Report with Minnesota Pork!
