<p>Raisa Flowers is one of the most creative makeup artists we have - she does not do basic.</p><p>Head to her Instagram feed and you’ll see countless magazine covers that feature her work with Teyana Taylor, Precious Lee, Pat Cleveland, Jodie Turner-Smith and many more.
