values... and what happened when mine were questioned
My mom raised me with two main values: respect for all, and the ability to place yourself in others' shoes. But, over the years, I've begun to discover what happens (for me) when those values are questioned in an unhealthy way. Today's episode is an open journal. Let me know your thoughts.

About the Podcast
Eunoia means "beautiful thinking," and that's exactly our goal here. The idea began in 2019, when host Alessia Maria (B.A. Neuroscience/Economics) suffered from a rare disorder that turned her life upside down. Today, we explore the quieter parts of being human because life is messy, and we're all finding our way. Think of it like a conversation with a friend. One who overthinks. A lot.So sit down, grab a cup of coffee/tea (or let's be honest, maybe a glass of wine), and listen in!
