Orlando Bennett on Training With Oblique Seville, Jamaican 110H History & Almost Quitting the Sport

<p>Orlando Bennett has quickly become one of the most dangerous athletes in the world over the past few years. in 2025, he won a silver medal in the 110H becoming just the 4th Jamaican athlete in history to stand on the podium at either the Olympic or World Championships in the event.</p><p>Prior to that, he had come so close so many times, including making the finals at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
