That's the nickname that Coach Jeff Sparrow, our guest of this week, carries with him in the USA. Defense is the key focus of this young driven coach who has already gained experience in several countries. Today he is the Head Coach at Spire Institute in Ohio, where our Belgian guy Vic De Wilde is currently developing himself.<br>

Coach Jeff is a coach who can really convince players with his defensive philosophy. The passion to take young players to the next level just drips. We are therefore very pleased that he wants to provide insights into the building blocks of his vision this week.<br>

In addition to his role as Head Coach, he is also the driving force behind Point Blank Period, a platform for players to develop themselves individually under the guidance of Coach Jeff and his staff. We were therefore curious about the story behind this great initiative.<br>
