July is Disability Pride Month, and the 2026 theme says it all: "The World Works Better With Us." In this conversation, Crystal makes the case &mdash; closed captions, curb cuts, handrails, voice assistants &mdash; all designed for disabled people first, now used by everyone. Accessibility isn't charity. It's innovation.
