MURDERED: Beverly Lyn Smith

On a cold night in December 1974 in a small town in Canada, 22-year-old Beverly Smith was shot inside her home execution style while her baby daughter played in the next room. Now, more than 50 years later, Beverly‘s case is cold and it remains the oldest unsolved murder case in Oshawa history. The investigation that has taken place has involved multiple arrests, undercover police stings, but no concrete answers as to who shot Beverly that night.
