While we now have 20% more doctors and 15% more nurses in Scotland waiting lists and access times have become much longer. There are now 600,000 people in Scotland - 1 in 9 Scots - currently waiting to access some type treatment from NHS Scotland. It used to take NHS 24 9 seconds to answer a call in Scotland. It now takes 23 minutes on average. What needs to happen to get back on track for patients in Scotland? </p>
