Rick Jackson benefit$ from states not expanding access to healthcare

Like Georgia, Alabama refuses to expand Medicaid through the Affordable Care Act and hospitals throughout that state or scaling back services or shuttering altogether. </p><p>Fear not, though, Rick Jackson's company profits through it all, meaning - he and his company can prey on the healthcare industry when healthcare access to the poor and working poor is limited. </p>
