Deep in the plains of Colorado lies a forgotten legend about a woman who supposedly wanders the darkness carrying an old, flickering lantern. Some say she was once a grieving miner’s wife. Others believe she became something far more sinister.

They call her The Lantern Woman.

According to the legend, Daphne Greene lost her husband after a deadly mining accident in the early 1800s. Consumed by grief and driven mad, she disappeared into the night after murdering the doctor who tried to restrain her.

Then the sightings began.

A woman wandering the streets after midnight.

A dim orange lantern in her hand.

Knocks at people’s doors.

And the people who answered those knocks were never the same again.

Years later, filmmaker Craig Kessler travels to the forgotten town of Oldbrook, Colorado, determined to investigate the legend for himself. Locals tell him the same terrifying story: never open your door after midnight, never follow the lantern, and whatever you do… never let her find you alone.

But when Craig discovers the Lantern Woman’s abandoned home and a strange underground chamber hidden beneath the property, his investigation takes a horrifying turn.
