Episode 94: The Man of Lawlessness (Part 1)

Before we can answer the question, "Who is the man of lawlessness?" we first need to understand the biblical patterns that shape Paul's teaching in 2 Thessalonians 2. In this episode, we examine Daniel's little horn, the self-exalting king, Jesus' warning about the abomination of desolation, John's antichrists, and Revelation's beast. Rather than forcing these passages into one prophetic system, we compare how the Preterist, Historicist, Idealist, and Futurist views interpret each text while asking what the text actually says and what each view brings to it. Join us as we pursue careful exegesis over speculation and lay the groundwork for identifying the man of lawlessness in Part 2.
