Troy recently participated for the second time, in the Grindstone 100 in the Shenandoah Valley of beautiful Virgina brought to us by UTMB. Troy’s father, Steve has crewed Troy to both finishes and this conversation not only provides information about this event from just any crew team but from a team that is very dialed and experienced with this event.
