<p>After everything that happened recently, I decided to go back home for a little while… and I realised something I wasn’t fully ready to admit to myself: I had been living in survival mode for much longer than I thought.</p><p>In this deeply personal solo episode, I open up about emotional exhaustion, living in fight or flight, reconnecting with my roots, and how returning home shifted my entire perspective on life, success, healing and peace.</p><p>Growing up, all I wanted was to leave home and build a bigger life for myself.
