For this episode, Joe meets retired United States Navy Captain Robert "Rocky" Rochford. Raised in Scituate, Massachusetts on the Atlantic coast, Rocky was destined for a life at sea. Upon graduation from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 1985, Rocky was commissioned as an Ensign in our Naval Reserve.
