Josh Sigurdson reports on the plans by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney to implement the UK's "Social Cohesion" rules which crack down on "hate speech" and "extremism." Of course these terms are extremely subjective but this is a clear shift into more speech controls and potential prison sentences for those that speak out.

For years, the United Kingdom's "social cohesion" laws have led to massive numbers of arrests for basic protest, free speech and social media posts. The government gets to decide what is "hateful" and "extreme" while pushing extremely hateful legislation.

A Canadian envoy went to the UK in June and July to study the UK's "social cohesion" initiative which is now being readied for law in Canada as people are already in many cases rounded up for their opinions. We aren't just talking about the "truckers." As we've recently reported, people have been institutionalized for social media posts and handing out pamphlets in Canada with police coming to their doors or pulling them over and forcing them under arrest with "psychiatrists" standing by to do 2 second evaluations calling them "paranoid."

Gee, paranoid? Who wouldn't be when they're arresting people for being paranoid. Isn't that what they're paranoid about? Rightly so, clearly.

These speech controls are growing quickly in Canada as the country readies itself for what Mark Carney himself calls a "New World Order" where a giant digital umbrella controls everyone via transportation, health, money, shelter, food and much more.

From internet kill switches like Bill C-8 to warrantless arrests and surveillance, Canadians have a lot to be concerned about as the "reset" approaches.

The question is however, will people prepare for this accordingly? Or will people sit on their hands?
