The Dáil majority voted to end the 3 day wait , but a majority of Government TDs did not agree. Ahead of the summer recess the parliamentary "guillotine" is wheeled out to push a glut of bills through the house, Fine Gael's unified island initiative, data centres and energy and the triple lock.
