Direct Trade
Digging through my cabinet the other day, I came across some old cacao powder. Through an example of recent events in Mexico, and looking deeper into the people who do the work to harvest coca beans, we start to see a problem with global commodities. In some senses, select products are only available through specific growing regions. But where can we make an impact on things that we consume that have a much more broad region it can be created?
