South Australia has made culinary history this week, with 11 eateries becoming the first in the nation to receive world-renowned Michelin stars.

The red carpet was rolled out for the Michelin Man in Adelaide, dishing out 10 one-star ratings and, and one two star rating.

So how did South Australia get all these Michelin stars?
