Johnny Doc's attorney talks about securing commutation from White House

The attorney for John Dougherty, also known as "Johnny Doc," confirmed with NBC10 that the former IBEW Local 98 business manager has been released from prison. The update comes one day after attorney George Bochetto told NBC10's Lauren Mayk that President Donald Trump shortened Dougherty's sentence by signing a commutation on Thursday, Sept. 3.
