#175 - Feel At Peace With Your Decision

I see this happen a lot.Although, what I really see is indecision.Because we do it all the time.We decide the thing we want.(an overseas holiday)We tell somebody about it.(they have bad reviews on overseas travel)We start questioning our decision.(we cancel our plans)We should have known better. We're bad at making plans. We knew it wouldn't work out.And suddenly something relatively simple becomes bloody exhausting. The mind games and self doubt. All because we outsourced a decision that felt right to us in the first place. So maybe the question isn't...“How do I get better at making decisions?”Maybe it's...“How did I feel when I made the decision?”Before everybody else's opinions. Before the what-ifs.Before you started looking for reassurance. What did YOU know?Who could you stop listening to?Who could you start listening to?What could you simply make easier?Because life wasn't meant to drag you down at every corner.Sometimes you make the decision. And then you let yourself be at peace with it.Notice what you say to yourself after you doubt a decision."I should have known better.""I'm bad at making plans."That's stress language. And your body is listening. If you want to catch yours, grab the free workbook here:https://mailchi.mp/33e8ad69b5d9/catch-your-stress-languageWendy x x
