Will the Celtics be the BEST Rebounding Team in NBA? | Celtics Beat

Celtics Beat hosts Adam Kaufman and Evan Valenti are joined by Brian Barrett to break down Boston’s first preseason game and the young players making an early impression. The guys dive into the Devin Carter hype after his strong performance against Cleveland, the continued development of Baylor Scheierman and Hugo Gonzalez, and how the Celtics’ increased emphasis on offensive rebounding could reshape their identity. They also discuss Luka Garza’s potential role, Boston’s revamped frontcourt and the organization’s track record of developing overlooked talent. Later, the conversation turns to Joe Mazzulla, whether he needs to become more adaptable in the postseason and what could put his job under pressure. Plus, they debate expectations for Boston in the Eastern Conference and why Jaylen Brown and the new-look 76ers will remain a major storyline all season.
