When he eventually made the leap into esthetics and moved to Philadelphia for a new opportunity, some of his own friends literally bet that he would only last six months before moving back home.

Instead, Michael kept going.

He took opportunities. He stayed consistent on Instagram. He focused on improving his client experience. He perfected his craft. And after four years of competing in the Skin Games, his commitment ultimately led to being recognized with a major award—an emotional accomplishment he was able to celebrate with his mother and best friend.
