<p>It's time to flip the script on the discussion around viewing a college degree as the absolute end-all as a benchmark for intellect and competence. </p>

<p>In this solo episode, Layci challenges leaders to examine their own personal biases and pause before making assumptions about what a team member can bring to the table, regardless of their level of education. As a leader, it's on us to cast a wide net in our ability to communicate clearly to our team, ensure that there is clarity and understanding across the board, and to check our assumptions at the door.</p>
