#124 Age of Aquarius, Pagan Roots, and the Art of Positive Pushback with Eric Finnäs

In this first episode of 2026, I sit down with my recurring guest and friend, Eric Finnäs, for a free-flowing, high-vibe conversation that runs from the Age of Aquarius to calendars, culture, food, and community. We reflect on time flying, life transitions, and learning to navigate “the spindle” by letting go of what no longer serves. We explore pagan roots behind modern holidays, numerology, and why a lunar, 13-month rhythm resonates, then segue into food integrity—from factory farming versus small-batch, loved animals to why real eggs, beef, and community-grown food feel (and are) different.

We also dig into media narratives, propaganda through history, and the power of building resilient local connections that outlast headlines. Creativity and community are a throughline: from podcast kinship and music-making to embracing imperfect action, sharing your art, and helping friends through tough seasons. We close with practical optimism—be a friend, tell a friend something kind, ride the waves, feed the shadow with awareness, and keep going. Chaos creates harmony when we stay present, authentic, and connected.
