Is Deion’s Days At Colorado Coming To An End? | Odell Says Giants Used Him For Money

Drake Maye silenced the doubters with a massive road win over Josh Allen and the previously undefeated Bills, but Cris Carter explains why he still isn’t ready to call Maye an MVP candidate. Cris breaks down what the win really means for New England, compares Josh Allen’s aggressive style to Brett Favre, and explains why people are too quick to panic over young quarterbacks after one bad performance. The guys also react to the viral confrontation between an NFL official and Trey McBride and discuss why the referee could face serious discipline.

The NFL conversation continues with the problems surrounding Jalen Hurts and the Eagles, Joe Burrow and Cincinnati’s one-dimensional offense, and why Travis Hunter’s future should be at cornerback. Cris also reacts to the heated Aaron Rodgers–Mike McCarthy exchange and explains why Pittsburgh’s problems go much deeper than one sideline argument. Plus, where could Tyreek Hill land next, how careful should Washington be with Jayden Daniels, how concerning is Lamar Jackson’s ankle injury, and who deserves the blame for Justin Herbert and the Chargers’ struggles? The guys also break down Odell Beckham Jr.’s situation and the harsh reality veteran players face when fighting to keep an NFL roster spot.

In college football, Cris makes the case for Jeremiah Smith as potentially the greatest player in Ohio State history and discusses what it would take for him to win the Heisman. The guys break down Florida’s shocking fall after its dominant stretch, preview Georgia vs. Alabama, and examine whether Deion Sanders and Colorado are beginning to fall apart after three straight losses, quarterback uncertainty, and questions surrounding the program’s future. They also debate a controversial field goal that may have cost Virginia Tech an undefeated season.
