What Just Happened at UPCI General Conference 2026?! | Money, Marriage & Ministry – LIVE

In this Grace Escape LIVE special, we examine what stood out at UPCI General Conference 2026—from multimillion-dollar fundraising appeals to David Bernard’s candid comments about tithing and pastoral compensation, and Aaron Bounds’s expectations for young people concerning marriage, children, and ministry. We look at how giving, church planting, ministerial licensing, and family decisions become connected to the organization’s vision for its future. Along the way, we compare these messages with Scripture and ask how institutional priorities become spiritual expectations. Who determines what faithful Christian service should look like? What room is left for different gifts, circumstances, and callings? And what happens when following Christ becomes entangled with fulfilling a religious organization’s goals?

“I say this for your own benefit, not to lay any restraint upon you, but to promote good order and to secure your undivided devotion to the Lord.” — 1 Corinthians 7:35 ESV

Last Episode:
Sacrifice for the System | When Missions Giving Becomes Spiritual Abuse – SPECIAL LIVE

Show Links:
Tim Zuniga - “$6 million goal”
Scott Sistrunk - “pack extra checks”
Josh Herring - “put your $ where your shout is”
Josh Herring - “$126K = 131 conversions”
Steve Cannon - “$1 millions dollars”
DJ Hill - “$7,203,578.45”
David K Bernard - “tithing was non-negotiable”
David K Bernard - “10% tithes + 10% offering”
David K Bernard - “a very comfortable income”
Scott Sistrunk - “say yes to church planting”
Joel Urshan - “what if everyone did??”
<a href="https://
