Confronting Complicity in Capitalism, Community Edition: A New Season

<p>Happy Autumn Equinox! </p><p>Elena and I are back for another season of Confronting Complicity in Capitalism, Community Edition.</p><p>Earlier this year, starting at the Spring Equinox, we ventured IN: how are we complicit in the very systems we want to change? We were taking stock, being with, taking action in our own lives .</p><p>Now, we are venturing OUT. We are pretty sure we are NOT the only ones on this inquiry…</p><p>… of reckoning with money and privilege with care and joy, rather than shame and blame</p><p>… of working and living in alternative ways to a harmful system, while still very much benefitting from that system</p><p>… of making space to be with hard truths and questions, rather than bypassing or ignoring them or jumping to solutions</p><p>So this season, we’re mapping – and connecting to – a community web close to home in Europe. </p><p>We are excited to learn from others, invite them on here, meet them in person, maybe even collaborate. </p><p>But that’s jumping ahead. </p><p>First, we are seeking to learn and honor what is here:</p><p><em>What organizations and people are doing this work? What maps exist of this space?
