Love is Blind UK - Season 3 - Weddings and Reunion

<p>The weddings and the reunion, all in one go. Neil and Shelly went in expecting the usual chaos and came out genuinely underwhelmed, which turned into a better conversation than the drama would have. Full spoilers for the back half of Love Is Blind UK season 3.</p><p><br></p><p>Shelly&#39;s opening position is that this was anticlimactic. Nobody blew up, nobody stormed out, and the reunion had none of the score settling the American version runs on. Neil&#39;s read is more suspicious than disappointed. Sammy said, close to a direct quote, that none of the other couples lasted more than a day. So how did the producers land on five that made it to the altar? Either the casting is unnervingly good, or the couples who were not going to be interesting got quietly cut before anyone saw them.</p><p><br></p><p>Then it goes couple by couple.</p><p><br></p><p>Ryan and Cuba is where the standout moment lives. She is visibly upset in the middle of a breakup, and his response is to go cut himself a mango, offer her some, and eat it.</p><p><br></p><p>Yasmin and Jordan turns into the sharpest advice in the episode, because Jordan keeps describing what she does for him and it sounds a lot less like a partner and a lot more like unpaid therapy.</p><p><br></p><p>Sophie and Taylor got the predictable ending, though her dad said out loud what everyone was already thinking about the timeline.</p><p><br></p><p>Ciara and Ajay get the most rethinking. Neil has spent two episodes calling her materialistic and lands somewhere more forgiving, partly on the brat theory and partly because the smartest thing either of them did was vanish to Melbourne for six months with no cameras.</p><p><br></p><p>Francesca and Joseph got married and remain, by both hosts&#39; assessment, hard to know, because every scene they were in belonged to somebody else&#39;s drama.</p><p><br></p><p>And Jack does the one thing that ends any argument about whether he was serious, which is turn off his location.</p><p><br></p><p>Moments worth staying for:</p><p><br></p><p>The mango.
