£300K/Year Home Services Business… But the Owner Can't Take a Holiday

<p>Most trade businesses have the same ceiling, and it&#39;s the owner. You start on the tools, you get good, the work comes in… and suddenly everything still runs through you.In this episode, I sit down with Oliver Longstaff, founder of The Gentleman Home Services. He&#39;s been trading for 7–8 years, has a team of 5, and turns over £27K a month. But by his own admission, he&#39;s the bottleneck. His goal is simple: to go on holiday and actually be present with his family. We talk about getting off the tools and into the business, building a team you can trust with your customers, creating recurring income, and where I&#39;d put £1,000 to win more customers. If you&#39;re a tradesperson who&#39;s outgrown doing everything yourself, this one&#39;s for you.The manager that makes you money, workbook &amp; course:https://james-sinclair-shop.fourthwall.com/en-gbp/products/managerFind out more from Oliver here: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&redir_token=QUZZTVljRmdKTGRReDFoLVZBQ1FWaVdWaFU2RnxBTl9pYzRkT2Q1R1JmRVF3VE02aDF6OEs5ZHk1UkRqUEt2aFNUdzQ0U1NOYll1UVE3VXZRNDk4bDlaMXY5b29NQnVYN0w0dmJWT2pmVThheDBxRDQ4TFpCTmgyUVZLNER6bnhr&q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.theghs.co.uk%2F&v=aE5jPliOiL8" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.theghs.co.uk/</a>Sign up to my weekly newsletter &#39;The James Sinclair Letter&#39; here:<a href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&redir_token=QUZZTVljR3ViV1VDcmNRdk5waVFrT01pWm9SSnxBTl9pYzRmMHZmcDd3aHdLNzFiakFYQTJCbmdjNDBPOWM2ZkRIdlNKLUUzbFBCU0o1c2dXTVdOOGd5MUFyOEtRMjEzNEpTY250S3R1LVZpaVRtdV91VlUwN3lMUkt5X2N5azln&q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.jamessinclair.net%2Fthe-letter&v=aE5jPliOiL8" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.jamessinclair.net/the-letter</a>Get your tickets to our next event here ► <a href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&redir_token=QUZZTVljRkFHUXBlcW41QVBubjVhRFZ6ZWxnNHxBTl9pYzRlTENfWnRIWkVBM1VzTnUzNjdhVTl2VElzNDNmVzNKb21oVEZBanJ5N0pWNnAwamh2UFVMVDdsa3Q4OTJBa2drNVZaV3JRSkFNN3B5dnVyaFRnU01RZy1JdEtRVmdN&q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.jamessinclair.net%2Fevents&v=aE5jPliOiL8" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.jamessinclair.net/events</a></p>
