I Will NEVER Go To Vegas Like This Again...

Sometimes the best trips are the ones where you do a whole lot of nothing. 😂

In this episode of Katching Up With Katie, I’m recapping my much-needed trip to Las Vegas — complete with Cirque du Soleil, way too much gelato, a little gambling, and temperatures that made me feel like I was standing inside an air fryer. We also somehow end up reminiscing about one of our favorite (and most chaotic) trips to Oregon, including wild horses, a very grumpy fishing guide, and a bear prank that went a little too far.

Then Nate and Matt take us through their VERY fancy night out at a Michelin-star restaurant in Nashville, from a 14-course tasting menu to wine pairings and food so good it apparently brought them to tears. Meanwhile, I explain why my picky eating makes that entire experience sound equally fascinating and terrifying.

And because we can never stay on one topic for long, we also get off on tangents about Dungeons & Dragons, making friends as adults, and plenty of other completely unexpected things along the way.
