This October, Matt Omo and I are making the trip from Australia to Nevada to spend three days with Taoist Master San Qing — and you're invited to join us.

Honestly, I'm really excited about this one. San is someone I've got to know deeply over the last couple of years and I've learned a huge amount from him. His work with Taoism, Qi and energy is phenomenal. Matt brings what he does so beautifully with sound, vibration, breath and the body. And I'll be bringing my own work with meditation, breath, energy, consciousness and creating a space where we can spiritually explore together.

But what excites me most is how intimate this experience will be. This isn't about sitting at the back of a huge auditorium watching us on a stage. We're going to spend three days together.

We'll practice, explore, have conversations, work with energy, sound and breath, ask questions, share what's coming up and allow the experience to unfold with the people who are actually in the room. And we genuinely don't know when we'll be doing this in the USA again. That's what makes this feel like such a rare opportunity.
