At just fourteen years old, she became a receptionist at a senior community center, beginning a career in customer service, leadership, mentoring, training, and community engagement that has now spanned more than twenty five years.

Through The Dowdell Experience, Lynn helps businesses, organizations, and community leaders move beyond transactions and create transformational experiences. She explains why meaningful connections, thoughtful follow up, and personalized interactions can build trust, inspire loyalty, and turn clients into enthusiastic advocates.
