Nathan Issiac Campbell - Denali National Park - Alaska

May 27th, 2020, a hiker is flown into the remote Carey Lake region of Denali National Park for a months-long solo expedition. He stays in contact with his wife through a Garmin inReach until mid-June, then suddenly goes silent. When he misses his September pickup, searchers find his supplies near the lake and a collapsed camp several miles away. Inside are his satellite communicator and a damaged diary whose final readable entry says he left to get water. No body, clothing, or clear trail is found.
