It's September 1st, which can only mean one thing:

THE HOCKEY SEASON IS BACK!

The long offseason is finally coming to an end, and for Vancouver Canucks fans, the countdown to another season has officially begun.

In today's Locked On Canucks, we're getting into that feeling of hockey finally returning — training camps are right around the corner, preseason is coming, and before we know it, the Canucks will be back on the ice.

After an offseason filled with trades, free-agent signings, prospects, roster questions and plenty of Canucks debate, we're finally getting to the part where we get to see what this team actually looks like.

What will the new-look Canucks look like? Which young players are going to force their way into the lineup? Can Marco Rossi take another step? What will we see from Zeev Buium, Braeden Cootes and the rest of Vancouver's young core?
