<p>In this episode of the Lose for Hughes Podcast, we move onto Part 3 of our 2026-27 New Jersey Devils season preview, discussing NJ’s goaltending tandem and defense for this season. We break down the three-headed monster tandem of Daws, Allen, and Rittich that NJ will evidently be rolling out this year and discuss what might materialize from that interesting tandem. From there, we move onto the defense and highlight the importance of Luke Hughes, Jonathan Kovacevic’s injury worries, and debate who should be the 6th defenseman should Kovacevic miss an extended period of time. We talk about Seamus Casey, Declan Chisholm, and more!
