The Real Thing: Urgency, the Great Commission, and the Foolishness of Preaching | Pastor Paul Zink II | October 11, 2026

In a world saturated with commercial slogans, clever branding, and competing truth claims, what is truly "the real thing"? In this inspiring and candid message, Pastor Paul Zink II explores why the gospel of Jesus Christ remains the world's greatest need and why the Church must reclaim its urgency to fulfill the Great Commission.

Drawing a striking comparison between global corporate mission statements and the divine mandate given to believers, Pastor Paul breaks down Acts 1:8 and 1 Corinthians 1, revealing that effective evangelism doesn't depend on human eloquence, wit, or perfection. Instead, it relies entirely on the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit moving through willing, imperfect vessels.

Through funny and deeply moving personal stories—from being a nervous young preacher in Peru to losing a child on a crowded beach—Pastor Paul illustrates what it looks like to live with a real, non-negotiable mandate for lost souls. Tune in to be encouraged, challenged, and reminded that God delights in using the "foolishness" of preaching to change lives and transform generations.

We exist to lead people to a new life in Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.
