Another NEW development in Katie Phang’s case against AG Todd Blanche for the Epstein Files: Blanche has now filed a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, asking Judge Sullivan to get rid of Katie’s case at this stage of the lawsuit. Katie Phang analyzes this latest filing and explains why Blanche must be a glutton for punishment because he’s just recycling the same old, losing arguments.
