The 3D's of success in leadership - Cherie Mylordis, Founder - Next Genify

The fortune I find myself to have someone of Cherie's calibre & intellect join me...well it makes me happy!

Cherie Mylordis is a leadership coach & founder of the Nextgenify academy, and my word had some pearls of wisdom for us around how leaders can blend the varying versions of success that team members, family, friends, & those that depend on us to drive the ship that they are sailing on.

We went in a few differnet directions (as usual), but what I love about Cherie was that she clearly had an incredible amount of awareness, especially around how different age groups are wired when it comes to success.
