CITY GROUND: THE 'AMBER' LIGHT

A hugely significant moment in the history of Nottingham Forest. The proposed redevelopment of the City Ground has received conditional planning approval — potentially clearing the way for a major transformation of the club’s historic home.

Greg Oram and Richard Spray get together for a special edition of Talking Reds to discuss the decision, the scale of the plans and what happens from here.

We’ll also hear from our architectural expert Matt Drewitt, who gives his initial assessment of what the planning decision actually means and the hurdles that remain before redevelopment can begin.

This is just a first look. Matt will be joining us for a full Talking Reds special within the next couple of weeks, when we’ll go much deeper into the plans, the process and the future of the City Ground.

Has the future of the City Ground finally taken a decisive step forward?
