My Big Fat Italian Concussion

<p>Maddy is still reporting live from Italy, this time with a concussion and an unexpected lesson in Italian healthcare after asking a question no American is emotionally prepared to ask at a hospital… “So… where do I pay?” Back in Arizona, Priscilla has been patiently waiting for Maddy’s brain to come back online because there are significantly more important matters to discuss including Producer Joe’s interpretation of “black tie.”</p><p>One gala later, Priscilla has discovered both a shocking gap in Producer Joe’s formalwear knowledge and a potential new career selling mattresses that cost more than some houses. Meanwhile, Maddy’s Tuscany personality transformation continues. There are truffles, cheesemaking, saffron honey, an incredible dinner at Demetra Cooking School, a stop at Maccari Montalcino, and yet another food category she’ll probably be unbearable about when she gets home. She also makes a confession about Italian food that no one (least of all Maddy) saw coming.</p><p>For Whine &amp; Dine, the girls have questions for whoever decided every minor inconvenience in modern life deserves its own app, followed by an official plea to make venue food good again. Naturally, this turns into a very serious discussion about cocktail-hour strategy, the superiority of family-style dining, emergency purse snacks, and what guests will eventually be served when the Aftertaste anniversary party exists outside of their imagination.</p><p>Then it’s time to Spill the Matcha, where <i><em>Verity</em></i>, TSA chairs, Landon Barker and Ashton Earle, and one deeply troubling confession from Alix Earle all make the agenda. Priscilla attempts to catch Maddy up on <i><em>Dancing with the Stars</em></i> despite Maddy once again stretching the definition of “watching,” before the girls put some of the millennial and Gen Z zeitgeist on trial in a new Palate Cleanser: Is It Cheugy?
