I was hopeful, motivated, and driven to build something meaningful. But a couple of years later, things weren’t stable... financially or emotionally, and I noticed myself getting quiet instead of being honest.In this episode, I sit with the tension between honesty and silence. I reflect on shame, identity, frustration tolerance, and why so many men, especially fathers, struggle to speak when things feel uncertain. Not to offer answers or advice, but to give permission.
