Partners since a 1998 Italian Bistro opening where Tom bussed tables at 17, the two built Landmark Americana before opening Urban Village, where Tom runs operations as General Manager and Dave, from the first class of University of the Sciences' brewing science program, runs the seven barrel brewhouse.
