Founded in 1893, Iio Jozo is a fifth-generation rice vinegar brewery in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. As part of the CIA’s Japanese Cuisine Concentration, students spent 10 unforgettable days exploring Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka.
