Road Rage Killer has his 10 year sentence appealed due to AI Video Evidence used in the case.

<p>Road Rage Killer Gabriel Paul Horcasitas has had his 10 year sentence appealed and will officially be re sentenced in the near future. Christopher Pelkey's (the man who was shot and killed by Gabriel) family had created an AI Video message from the Victim's prospective and was used as evidence in court. However Gabriel's legal team argued that the judge in this case should not have allowed the AI Video to be used as evidence. </p>
